This Commercial, Multi-Family Project is one (1) of five projects involved with a developer named 'Summer Hill Apartments' (located in Northern California). Our involvement for these Multi-family facilities is to design and program the Main Amenity spaces within. We approached each project as an Interior and Architectural Designer; Taking into consideration every aspect of design. Ongoing Coordination with the Architect of record and other consultants/engineers allowed us to design each space to reflect the true nature of its Architecture. We are involved with electrical, plumbing, custom built-in, glazing/wall construction, and HVAC.
