A multi-family project designed on a complex lot; This project was conceived, before my time at H2, around 2008 and had to endure multiple design hurdles (Civil issues, Structural, Easement concerns, etc.) until it finally saw itself into fruition. I entered the project at its final stages of Construction Development and saw it through during its Construction Administration phase.
