Lawrence Station

This project is a combination of three (3) similar, but distinctive Commercial/Multi-family facilities. The developer challenged us at RYI to provide a unique experience for each of the three buildings in this project (Lawrence Station's A, B, and building C). Lawrence Station BLDG. C is to become their high end Condo facility; the idea of a Condo challenged us to consider certain design and programmatic aspects that could respond to an individual who owns a Condo (rather than a family living in a rent-able unit).​​
