Another adaptive-reuse project on the coastal city of La Jolla, CA where our team revitalized an existing building into a lively mix-use/multi-family addition to the popular La Jolla Avenue. This project consists of several multi-family units on the uppers levels, along with a personalized office space at the roof-top level. The lower level is a mix-use occupation, taking full advantage of its street side connection. I entered this project at the beginning of its Schematic Design phase around 2017 and saw it through during its Construction Administration phase.
